Alexandria Nicole Cellars 2010 Duck Press Malbec and Dusted Valley 2011
Malbec. We had a two layer "shot" for an amuse bouche with a lavender simple syrup on the bottom and lemon soda on top. It was delicious and surprising. Other wines that showed up: Alexandria Nicole Cellars 2007 Tempranillo (one of my favorite wines) and Fidelitas 2009 Champoux Vineyards Merlot |
